Once you choose a Las Vegas wedding theme, you can then choose from a number of sub-themes, such as "Two of a Kind", "Bet on Love", "Lucky in Love", "The Winning Hand", "We've Hit the Jackpot", "Lucky Pair" or "Roll the Dice". Use that phrase as the heading on your invitations, and continue the phrase throughout your wedding stationery (including ceremony programs, place cards and thank you notes). If your wedding will be held in Las Vegas, you can start your invitation with a phrase such as "Joe Smith and Tina Jones are getting married in Las Vegas, won't you please join them!" Las Vegas weddings are usually a bit more laid back, but they can also be very formal affairs. If this is the case for you, I suggest a black and silver or black and gold color scheme. The colors will work well with classy wedding decor, and can be accented with gold or silver coins imprinted on your custom wedding invitations.
If you are inviting guests to join you in Las Vegas, make sure to include the name of the hotel where the wedding party will be staying. If you have a good relationship with a travel agent you can even set up a charter flight so your guests can travel together - then include the agent's contact information (along with a reservation deadline) as part of your invitation packet.
Some couples elope in Las Vegas and then have a celebration once they arrive home. If you have chosen this route you may want to include a fun favor with your invitation like the mint tins pictured above. Your guests will find out about your wedding and at the same time be invited to celebrate with you!
