| Upon sending my order, I recieved an email and phone call alerting me that the item I ordered for my best friends shower was on back order. I emailed and spoke to one your employees several times back and forth about this situation and whether I should change the product. I really liked the particular item and they ensured that it would be there prior to the date needed. I was extra concerned due to the Thanksgiving holiday falling close to the date.
I received my box even earlier then expected and had no worries for her shower! The items looked great and we just had the shower this past weekend and the favors were a big hit. I want to thank you and your customer service representative (Jodie)for being proactive and upfront. Your service was great and I'd definitely recommend using your company over other similar vendors online because of your service. Thanks! |
