| I order 150 of these candle holders for my daughters wedding on 3/14/09. When I received them (on a
Friday night) I started unwrapping them to make sure they where fine. Of the 150 92 and after picking out the ones that I could use a polish on I had to return 18 that I didn't feel were acceptable. I sent an email out over the weekend and followed up with a call on Monday and told the person that answered the phone about the defects and said she said I shouldn't have polished any of them and they could have reshipped the whole order so instead they would replace the 18. |

| I ordered 85 items and almost every single one was bent. The heart was bent back, left, right and the rings around the candle didn't sit right therefore making the candle votive sit incorrectly. I was very dissatisfied. |
