| I ordered 110 of these, and only 14 arrived at my house. It took forever for all of them to get delivered, since it was supposed to be 'UPS's fault. I opened only a couple when I first got them and did not think to check the rest of the order-I discovered that 22 of 110 of them were broken. I discovered this problem 3 months after they arrived. I called customer service and they said they would call me back about this issue, they emailed me and said that they cannot replace them after the 3 month period. The tealights are pretty but break easily. This whole process was very very frustrating. |

| I ordered a the style shown on the website and got a different style, after talking to customer service, it was discovered the web site picture was not up to date. So they did up date the picture and give me a credit of $.50 per item ordered. They arrived w/5 broken and had to reorder 5 new, of those 5, 1 came broken, They were not packed very well. |

| Not satisfied with appearance. The glass was cloudy/dirty looking. The picture online appeared to have some blue color, that is what caught my eye. No blue in product.
