| the engraving you could hardly see, your company said well if you look on line it is barely visible I said are you kidding. I took a pictureand email to you. Also it's a catch 22 no refunds on personalized stuff and engraving is free. You can't see the names. |

| The koozie is made very cheaply. It is not solid and the engraving is terrible. You can barely see the engraving on the can and can't even feel it when you run your finger over it. It was so poor that at first glance I couldn't tell that it was engraved. |
