Today's #RealWedding was sent to us by Swatch Studios, the photographer of Nick and Raquel's gorgeous wedding which was held at the historical Oliver House in Toledo, Ohio. Their wedding took place on a beautiful summer day in June, and the couple was beyond excited that their special moment had finally come!
The colors for the day were blush and gold, and the couple also incorporated a black and white striped pattern along with this as well. It made for some very gorgeous and unique details throughout the day.
The bride and groom decided to have kind of a unique first look. Nick waited outside the Oliver House with a large bouquet of white balloons, while Raquel came out with another big batch of white balloons - obstructing both of their views of one another. On the count of three, the two let go of their balloons and got their first look of one another!
The ceremony was held in the yard of the Oliver House, and was attended by the bride and groom's closest friends and family for a cozy, tight-knit experience. The couple had decorated the altar with gorgeous strips of cloth that blew in the wind and looked great against the beautiful blue sky!
Between the ceremony and the reception, the newlyweds were able to grab a few more photos! They were fortunate enough to have such a beautiful day that all of the images just turned out so perfect.
At the reception, the couple chose to decorate using a saturated amount of their colors and pattern scheme. We love the gold glitter accents that bring everything together, it looked so neat against the pink and the black and white stripes.
After the couple served dinner and cut their wedding cake, it was time for speeches and of course dancing! The night went off without a hitch and the guests had a ball celebrating the newlyweds. It was a beautiful end to a beautiful day!
We wish Nick and Raquel the very best in their new future together!
